Ingredients:
Brioche Loaf 5 slices
1 Egg
1/4 Cream and Splash of Milk
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Vanilla extract
Beat egg, vanilla and cinnamon in a dish. Stir in cream and milk.
Cut 5 Thick slices of brioche loaf
Dip bread in mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.
Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.
Serve with cream, mixed berries strawberry, blueberry and raspberries
Sieve icing sugar for presentation
