How to make French Toast

Thinking breakfast or brunch ideas? Why not make some French toast using our simple recipe below.


Ingredients:

Brioche Loaf 5 slices

1 Egg

1/4 Cream and Splash of Milk

Cinnamon

Nutmeg

Vanilla extract

  • Beat egg, vanilla and cinnamon in a dish. Stir in cream and milk.

  • Cut 5 Thick slices of brioche loaf

  • Dip bread in mixture, turning to coat both sides evenly.

  • Cook bread slices on lightly greased nonstick griddle or skillet on medium heat until browned on both sides.

  • Serve with cream, mixed berries strawberry, blueberry and raspberries

  • Sieve icing sugar for presentation
